    i'll just bet you got finger oil on the end of the blade .Clean the blade and blade holders and try again!I clean with mineral spirits and put some folded over #240 sand paper in where thje blade goes ,tighten the thumb screw ,back off a little and slide the sandpaper up and down a few times to roughen it up and remove and lodged oil & dirt.Happy scrolling now!

    Another thing i remember about the chat room was it took forever and a day for them to give a come back to your thoughts or questions.I think they were watching a movie, eating,or on the phone with some one else ,maybe even playing high concentration chess.The pits!

    thanks CARL, i missed out on a 20" craftsman scroll saw with a grizzly dust collector for a hundred dollars last year. the guy never came thru.I would have been dust free and would have found away to make a dust cyclone.When this thread started i scoured the net for do it yourself pdf plans to construct your own dust deputy but no find.

    The little girl touched my heart! Nothing holds you back!that dw788 must be blazing hot after a days work out from you ! All are designed by you and in short order all this came about since 2013.What a quick learner ,Pretty soon you'll be writing the book on scrolling.I'm very impressed every time seeing your work,keep them coming!

    Luis ,Your the only one i know that has automatic pilot on board his dw788,!presto change -o.Perfectly scrolled work every time.And on top of that the electronic pattern design machine your using designs some pretty wild projects that are award winning every time too.Your love of what you do shines thru in everything you do!Keep up the great work.You inspire me to try harder!Thanks for showing these prize winners

    I see bamboo cutting boards in the stores,sure is nice looking wood ,but even better looking with Sheilas designs on them.Very detailed work here you've done .
