  2. Thanks Steve.!99% of my wood is recycled and i've gone thru a truck load of it since 2004,lost three truck loads from moving and i still keep using my radar to find more!

  7. took about an hour cut wit scroll reverse#5 all 1/4"plywood drawer bpttoms.

Thanks Hans,i never thought about that,that the spiral can wear out on a side.I've noticed that it will cut better at times ,i guess it's those times that i'm cutting with the part of the blade that's not wore out.Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks!Every little tip & trick pays off in the long run!

  16. Yes fix up the shop ,that would be a blessing to make doing things easyier ,even if it's just making room so i can walk in and around better ,way to much stuff accumulated.

  19. ah HAH!SO there's where the bowls go that don't make it,You big wigs have all the toys!Best i can do now for dust is positive flow ventilation.A fan blowing in air and one blowing out on opposite sides of the shop.Shops small so it works for now!I have a blade storage problem myself .I thank God i have them in containers away from the elements,you've no idea how many times the roof leaked on them.Nice job on your dust collection and blade storage, I got side tracked,lol

  25. Yes sir ,big it is and an inch bigger than he wanted,oop's,lol I cut the stand (2x4" )on a yard sale table saw i just got for a 20 spot.Complete with a 7.25 blade,very small table saw .I've looked for one of these for years And decided they don't exist,very sweet sounding saw too.
