    Hi DW, if i remember when i'm in the big box store i'll price a sheet of .029 brass.I'm sure it's going to be expensive as a sheet of sheet metal was atrocious.

    Thanks DW, I've tons of books (non fiction,health , scroll saw,airbrush) ghat i've looked at every picture so when i need a question answered i know where to go , But i'm content to scroll the day away by choice!

    Thank you for looking Mahendra,i'm starting to warm up again .been away from the scroll saw 1 year.It's coming back slow . miss the little tricks and quick cover ups I learned thru the years. just like the piano play ,hit the wrong note ,keep on playing just blend it in!

    This LADY had A TRUCK LOAD OF RED MULCH DELIEVERD TO HER HOUSE And put in craigs list free mulch move some take some .so if you moved 10 buckets full you get 10 buckets of mulch free.I offered to help if nobody came but people showed .I made her name for her for being a good person with this offer.I may get some for myself ,but im hurt like her too i can't do much anymore. I fight with myself all the time .i say i can do this but the body say not anymore so i get embarrased a a lot voulentering ! no stand yet ran out of time!

    Made these for the workers there,I need help with the rent so the lord loves a cheerful giver,God will provide! All are 3/4" plywood cut with a #12 and a#5 scroll reverse blades.Microsoft word fonts MT BOLD 72 . All are on a 1/8" cut off from a door side strip ,stand,carpenter wood glue max used ,by "Elmers"

    I just noticed a squeek squeek noise. I was hopeing that it just needed oil or grease .OPlease no down time. Ends up it was a broken bolt on the top arms in the front.The bolt broke on the second thread. Lowes had a m4 metriic bolt and i got one with the shalf extra long so it breaking on the threads again is not going to happen.I double nutted it.Quick fix. Just glad i did'nt have to open up the machine as it's like working on a watch.Look for the new shiny bolt thats the one that broke.

    Now wait a minute, am i seeing double ,lol I cut this one after yours Roly but i had the blade in upside down, now i have the fuzzys on the wrong side of the wood.!

    i should have worked on this more with a work in progress ,with better pictures and a pointer to show exactly where im talking about,practice practiice.I'll try again later maybe!.lol

    When you open microsoft word you need to chose on top the fonts, and the size next to it .i chose 72.i also chose the bold and slant boxes to add a little extra to the names. Type in the names with the first being a capital .Sometimes you need to connect the first letter with a pencil once printed out.Press print screen to copy to your enlarging programs, I use rapid resizer.com Hope this helps you with names .There are plenty of fonts to chose from on the top next to the size.?Sometime all you chose changes back to normal if you change one thing so watch for those changes too.

    Your trained eye is your guide here.The customer is not going to remember minute details .with all of your expertise go with your gut feeling which is a built in mechanism working for you.Don't sweat the small stuff!
