    On one of my posts there was a comment made which represents this project, the wording came from Scrollsaw Workshop Free keychain maker. I think somebody's regard the saying shrunken something? Anyway, here's what I ended up doing. The picture is spray glued with construction adhesive like for drywall corner metal pieces. And the picture is spray glued with temporary tack glue. I let them both get tacky and smooth together carefully on a 1/8 piece of plywood. The picture was sprayed clear before the glueing and dried.If i did the reverse, the clear after the pieces were stuck together the clear would penetrate the paper and the picture will lift off. I should have cut the words first but didn't.

    No Roly all 3/4" mostly plywood or spruce,but aromatic cedar if paying or requested.Feliicia called today and ordred three names and if things go good she will order much more .she's into jewelz and wants to load up names with them.She has a store ,been there a while on a very busy main road.A better sign would help maybe.

    Boy ROLY, If I got paid for all I do that would be nice.I keep advertizing this way free, but it costs me in the long run, gas, printer ink,copier paper food, gas, my time doing and delievery, computers,printers thru the years etc it adds up .But you know, i thought about it many times and quit worrying about money. as i let go and let GOD

    Now that i thought about it for a second i think its the length of the name or how many names i put in a line not underneath each other in Microsoft word that cause me to alter some and not all sizes.

    Dan ,i'm not consistant with the sizes,And i'm not sure how some come out big and some not so big .Just so they fit on a piece of wood at hand works for me,lol

    yes Scott the grease is the best thing ever .Should they use this from the factory i believe the saw as unlimited life ,I greased every bearing but two and the machine WAS sloppy. To this day it is holding its own and not gotten any worse, that is amazing!!!! :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

    God bless you Marge , I am completely happy with the dw788 ,i had three gave the worn out one away and he still uses it.I told him to come over as i was throwing something away today that he might want.I purposely put a cover over it and when he came my new one was where the old one was so he had no idea what was under the cover.I almost had to catch his eyeballs as they poped out and the grin was bigger than a possums.Ah ,it's great to give something that somebody wants or needs and can't afford it,lol big heart!

    I don't mind digging in the dew 788 but it takes so long to take apart and put together you really need to pack a lunch when doing so. I got off easy this time. I don't wish taking one apart on anyone.They have been a blessing to me . First time i turned one one i was waiting for it to start.but it was already running as silent as a sleeping kitten and no vibration .i was and still am amazed at them

    Dunk it in concrete,lol Just kidding,My aromatic clock is doing the very same thing after three coats but only on the end grain,.Maybe i'll try the concrete my self ?I'm useing clear gloss thats pretty thick too?
