I am he as you say i am,Your wish is my command.Yes a picture will help deeply!Just guessing are you cutting with the machine on high, medium or low speed?.The slowest speed you can go will get you the most cut time from your blades..I've never tried but heard they sell spirals for cutting metal but i haven't bought any yet.Cutting metals heats the blade up tremendously and in the turn 's that's where they will break every time if you don't go super slow turning or go into the turn by widening out the turn corner by making the turn a hole so you can turn around easyier.Hand manually operated fret saws use wax for lubrication to cut down on the heat from metal to metal friction .
