I am he as you say i am,Your wish is my command.Yes a picture will help deeply!Just guessing are you cutting with the machine on high, medium or low speed?.The slowest speed you can go will get you the most cut time from your blades..I've never tried but heard they sell spirals for cutting metal but i haven't bought any yet.Cutting metals heats the blade up tremendously and in the turn 's that's where they will break every time if you don't go super slow turning or go into the turn by widening out the turn corner by making the turn a hole so you can turn around easyier.Hand manually operated fret saws use wax for lubrication to cut down on the heat from metal to metal friction . Jewelers blades come in a lot more sizes than wood scroll saw blades I found out so far, but i could be wrong.http://www.leevalley...7,42216&p=52602 Sells hand fret saws that people cut coins with great accuracy.They are costly though. You can google"CUTCOINS" and see the prices of some work and also see the quality of work being done to.At the prices they are asking i tend to believe they are" cnc" machine cut.Also google metal cutting scroll saw blades. There are incredible deals out there and some offer super deal as they know you're going to break a lot of them, Google all the different ways you can to find the metal blade sites for scroll saw.

Well you said foam , so i'd go with the foam hot dog roller. The foam tools seem to let just the right amount of paint off for good coverage.Pluss you can squish them in the corners to flood some paint in the cracks and crevasses and roll again to pick up the excess.They are quick to use next to none waste and water clean up.The hot dog rollers are !" x4" about 5 bucks at the big box store and the clean up good like a sponge.I really like Ron's trick of carpenters wax for that oh so wow look! Keep it simple they always say!!! :thumbs:

Let's see, there's some old work that got cleared coated today,and some stands were cut and glued today,a picture of my 6 foot tall cayenne pepper plant that the heat is exhausting terribly. Some pictures of my very cramped work area, 2 more compounds were cut today in hard woods that seemed like forever to do. One is aromatic cedar and 1 in walnut and one in spruce. The Coleman air tank was given yesterday. I set a compressor on top just for looks .As I'm going to put a silent running compressor on it as soon as i can. .In fact today on craigs list i found a water cooler 5 gallon bottle holder for free.So that could be my workhorse .
