Keefie your right the blade was very big but i wanted to get this over with .I over extend myself way to much and for free ,but GOD see's all.On the turns i go into the turns a couple of times to round out a hole so i can turn the big blades without heating it up and destroying the blade,Maybe that's one reason the last so long.Usually an hour it about tops for a blade.The dw788 is so gentle on the up and down strokes unlike the lesser quality saws that hammar the up and down motion.That's why the blades in the lesser quality saws loosen up and then break so much.That was the first thing i noticed useing the dw788 no more broken blades!!!

Thanks ROLY, i'd like to try differant fonts in scrypt but have no idea how to load them into microsoft word or inkscape or gimp ????

Thanks Dan, it's easy to do with Microsoft word. every computer has it in programs just above the start buttom on the lower left corner of your screen.The font is MT bold scrypt and the letter size is 72 plus i chose the slant box and the bold box next to the size .

Like i don't have enough to do.!Been raining raining raining and i have three tarps up a still my wood is getting wet.It's just to much .Antway i thought i'd bring little happiness in others lives with a personalized name for them, Scroll reverse #9 blades used.I cut well over 4 hours on the one blade from mikesworkshop.com These are the cashiers from publix i ran across that i found time to flirt with ,lol Isaias is the tire store guy that changed a tire for me $20 bucks to change a tire now and i supplyed the tire.wow. some of the names go to the big box store employees that i flirt with everytime im there! it's fun! 3/4" plywood Not on a stand yet :cool:The font is in microsoft word already in your computer.Its just above the start button in programs MT bold scrypt and enlarged in rapidresizer.com program!
