  17. Good morning. I'd like to pick the brains of you woodworkers. Ok, my girfriends boss wants me to make 75 certificate frames for them, shadow box style. I'm using 3/4" x 2" oak. She wants them to be reusable every year for new certificates. My question is this, what would be a nice looking and simple way to make it reusable? I'm making the back detachable, but do not know how or what to do for them to be able to take the crtificate out and put another in. Ant ideas would be greatly appreciated! The frame in the pic is maple.
  18. Awesome cutting Kevin! I've never seen anyone cut like your friend is cutting. The saw's pretty high.

  23. Don't know if I really understand the question, but if you're saying you sand the pattern off when finished cutting and damaging the wood. You can use mineral spirits or paint thinner to remove the pattern. What I do is brush on some mineral spirits and let sit for a couple minutes and the pattern comes right off. Then just wipe down the project with a lint free cloth dampened with mineral spirits to remove the residue. Hope this answers your question.
  24. Awesome Kevin! You are such a pro with those spirals, great cutting!
  25. Very nice cuttings. Tracy Adkins I know, Gary Allan not so much.
