  1. Pattern and plans are by Lewis Jewell. .
  2. Hi Kevin That is really neat. I've cut metal but never any coins. Pretty fine detail when you can cut a name out of a coin.
  3. Completed a special gift for my grand daughter this Christmas. I quit counting after 20 the number of hours to complete.
  4. Hii Marg Very, very well done. That is a lot of fine detail cutting and of course a lot of hours you put in to complete. An excellent job well done. You should be proud. The photo looks great.
  5. Hi Thomas That is a very beautiful cross. I love the two woods you chose. Nice contrast.
  6. A special thanks to Don R. for designing the pattern and a special thanks as well to Roly and Matt for submitting their versions. It was not which one to choose to cut. Thanks guys. Very much appreciated. Thank you. Ron

  13. Angel cross I had done a while ago. One of several made and given as gifts.
  14. Hi Jim A lot of cutting. Very nicely done. Like your idea for the frame. Very effective.
  15. Pieces of scrap oak cut and pre drilled with a forsner bit then glued and stacked. Added a lid to close when not in use. Holds the size of blades i use. Second holder with tubes holds the same blade sizes.
  16. Hi Dan For sure you've been busy. All very nice pieces of work but I really like the doves with the heart. Great job on them all.
  17. Hi Bill Very nice work on the Nativity pattern. I bet your wife will be happy.
  18. Hi Martin Re: Balde storage I made a storage box using scrap pieces of oak using a forsner bit I drilled a number of holes into each piece and then glued and stacked each to the height required. i made a lid so it's closed when not in use. This holds all the blades I normally use and it stores my reamer as well. I made a second storage item that holds the same blades I use in tubes. The additional blades I leave packaged being I buy in bulk to last for up to two years. These items on left on my work bench by my scroll saw and within arms reach.
  19. Hi Jessie I like the design of the kneeling angels. Well done and will make for a beautiful Christmas ornament.
  20. Hi Robert You've done an excellent job cutting the design and yes that would've taken some time to do. Patience is a virtue. Your friend will be pleased.
  21. Hi Don Another nice selection of signs very well done. My favorite from this selection is the Harley Davidson sign. Excellent work.
  22. Hi Lee That's unfortunate. Don't know what type of blade your using but I've cut a lot of items in oak 1/2" and thicker with a #7 Olsen blade and have never had any problem. Your Nativity crosses are beautiful and would great done in 1/2" oak. Sometimes it's best to walk away, give some thought to the problem. Don't give up, I'm sure you'll solve the problem.
  23. Hi Don Very well done and I like your pattern. Glad your new saw is working fine for you.
  24. Hi Doug Very nice work and a beautiful species of wood.
