Ah thanks for the coffee and my daily dose of Splenda, the weather yesterday was finally a nice sunny day, we have had an unusual amount of rain this year but the temps are staying up around the 20's C that's 68F for my American friends ( after-all you are buying the coffee this morning) Wish they would bring my new DW788, its been stuck in customs since Friday afternoon for inspection.

  6. I was born in Amsterdam and went to school in Groningen spend many years in Apeldoorn and Zuidlaren Now live in Mexico So there is a lot of Dutch people here it all started out met a figuur zaag (coping saw) Welcome Sander I'm new here also and I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun here.

This truck was made totally from scratch I turned all the round parts like fuel tank, tires air tank on my lathe the air horns on the cab as well as the clearance lights were made from golf tees there are only 2 items not wood they are the CB antennas on the mirrors and the stake straps that keep the stakes up so the logs don't roll of the trailer it was 33" long and made from Cedar Yellow and Red, Maple and the seats in the cab were Oak.

  9. Hi Ron Well its not as cold as Sask. but we are going through a cold front ourself right now its a bone chilling 17C I even put on long pants this morning no furnace or any source of heating in my house. Oh it soon will be spring
  10. Ah a good cup of coffee its going down nice as its one of the coldest day's in 5 years I've lived in the Yucatan it's a chilling 17 Celsius that's about 63 F Thanks for the coffee good luck on your sale

  12. I used 3/4 inch pine for the whole project its all cut out of one board there is 86 pieces they were cut then stained different colours and glued back together at different levels to give that 3D effect The stain was Walnut, golden oak, maple and some pieces were left natural.

  17. 20 degrees Celsius here but a cup of coffee is always welcome I have been without my saw for 10 days now and I'm having withdrawals going in for counseling soon if my new one doesn't show up soon well have a great day everyone.

Hello I'm a retired paramedic from Canada and retired in Mexico 5 years ago Always did my scrolling on a delta shopmaster until recently when the old shaker blew up just invested in a DeWalt dw788 and last time I heard it was on its way and just left Memphis Tenn. Well just wanted to say hi and hope we can learn a lot from one another.
