  6. Now I'd scroll for pies. Great job Dick. My mom use to make me a pie for my Birthday, because I liked pie better than cake. One time she made me, at the time, my favorite pie, coconut cream. Said I could eat the would thing. I did, I got sick, I'm not so much a coconut cream pie fan anymore....
  7. That is a very beautiful piece.
  8. Welcome to the forum. I have had the privilege of meeting your Dad and Mother and hope to meet you one day soon. Your Dad is very fortunate to have a daughter close by to share a hobby with. I know if my daughter lived close we would do the same. Your dad is also very modest. He is good at all his scrolling projects including intarsia. Glad you are here and I am anxious to see some of your work.
  9. Really a nice piece of art!
  10. Great work. I did not realize there was a scroll pattern of that. I will have to go shopping!
  11. Great looking ornaments. I hope I have that magazine.
  12. You have been busy. Very nice porjects.
  13. Francisco it is so nice to have you back. I have seen you a few time on Facebook and wondered why you had left us. Decided to mind my own business and not ask. That is one beautiful work you are showing here.
  14. So you are saying you wife had to bribe people to get them to your party??? Just kidding, but I know my wife would have to, even the relatives!!!
  15. Welcome to the forum. Glad you are joining us.
  16. Very nicely cut. I see these and am beginning to think my 5 year old grandson might like a few. He like puzzles.
  17. Nice cutting!
  18. Well done!
  19. Gee, man, I'd be bragging also.. Congratulations!
  20. Nice cutting, for sure.
  21. That's a great cutting and finishing. The wild boars are a real problem in some parts of the U.S. Are wild boars and feral pigs the same thing?
  22. I'll climb on the band wagon for the horse, but they are all very well done.
  23. From the mouth of the owner of this forum:
  24. Hummm, hugs from beautiful women.... I may have to start making these up and giving them out!!
  25. Glad you are joining us. Hard for me to recommend a saw, not knowing what is available, but like has been said, we have some Australian members that can help out. It is worth getting as best you can afford, make the hobby more enjoyable, but a lot can be done with cheap, if you have patience. Check out my hat in my avatar picture. "Driza-bone" hat my son bought for me on one of his visits to Australia. I love it. I'd love to visit Australia.
