  1. Great one!
  2. Looks great. Do you take that magazine? ("CREATIVE WOODWORKS& CRAFTS) . I just received a back issue I ordered from them to get a pattern I saw that I wanted. Looked like a nice magazine.
  3. Very nice! If I had some slabs I'd make some wildlife scroll saw pictures out of them.
  4. Thank you. As for the clean shop comments, not really always that clean. But, I have a small shop so I make an effort to put tools in their place so I can find them when I next need them and to vacumm at least once a day. Keeping it somewhat organized and clean make me think it is a bigger shop them it really is.
  5. Outstanding! I agree you are a Master! And, I agree, I'd hate to dust it. Were I live, in the desert there is a lot of dust!
  6. You really do great cutting. How many years have you been at this?
  7. Not really a great crafts man, but I learned something making the organ that has really build up my confidence in woodworking. That is, just like in scroll sawing, worry about one hole at a time, building something a little complex, build one piece at a time. If I worry about the whole project all the time, it get overwhelming. Thans everyone for the nice comments.
  8. Very well done. I'm sure she will really cherish it.
  9. Very nice, I love that pattern. You did it proud.
  10. Very nice work. Had to chucke at the Grinch one. I really enjoyed that animated movie.
  11. Thanks for the post. As a novice I am learning a lot here.
  12. Very well done, for sure.
  13. Street prefomer, no, I'm retired and just play in my shop. I saw these organs on another forum and wanted to build one. Most fun and rewarding project I have done to date. Once in a while some other friends with organs and I take them to places that invite us to show them off and play. We are attending a large antique tractor show next month to play. We did it last year and had a great time. They asked us to bring them back this year. It's fun. If you would like to here it here is a video I did. This was right after I finished the build and had had a few glasses of wine to celebrate http://s27.photobucket.com/user/grinchman/media/MVI_1344-1.mp4.html?sort=3&o=42
  14. I recently built a cart to put my street organ on. Decided it need a little decoration on it so I made two flags, one for each side and an eagle head that I put on the front.
  15. Another nice job. You really pump them out!
  16. Great memorial. Greyhounds are great dogs. Never had one but never met one that wasn't very gentle and loving. My condolsences to you and your wife. Dogs should live a lot longer.
  17. I sprung, but for the torch heated one. I'm sure with a little practice I will know how to get the heat pretty near right and besides I'm rustic, I like rustic....
  18. That is a beautiful job!
  19. Not my choice of art, but some very nice scrolling, that's for sure.
