  1. Well done Gordie. I'm sure it will sell.
  2. Sounds exciting. Looking forward to it.
  3. I experienced this yesterday in my shop with FD-UR #5. Some cut like going through butter, others broke as if way over heated. I have ordered from Mike for years and never had a problem. I'm wondering if it is just a bad batch? I'm a die hard FD person so I will also be following this very closely.
  4. Nice job. The red backer really helps light it up.
  5. Great job and great looken bird. You did this bird very proud.
  6. Nice work Gordie. Always was curious about the train steve good as a pattern.
  7. Kevin Nice work. Glad to hear your making some money. Thanks for photos too, always nice to see what folks are up to and doing
  8. Excellent job.
  9. Beautiful box. I also agree with Dan. But since you have felt and card, that would be easier to look and decide which you prefer
  10. Heard about using the brown paper sacks for groceries. Works well for finishing.
  11. This has more valule as an atique then a usable saw. With out the motor it not worth very much.
  12. Thnk I rememebr a pattern. Signature went b Mehendra ? can not remember his name though.
  13. I would run with a #7 UR blade. Control the speed you feed and the speed of the blade. My experience has shown me not all wood is the same. May have to play a bit but patience is the name of the game.
  14. You can download PDF Creayor. Save the file and print at any percentage you wishI had to look since I have the pro issue but I used this before hand. Nice, neat and clean.
  15. Really enjoy tip like this. Thank You.
  16. I use a sealer beofre staining anything with BB Ply. Same applies to pine and poplar. The stuff I have is made by Minwax and works well for my needs. As for saving the piece, I don't kow of anything that will help with that other then sanding it down. Hard to do with BB Ply and not have the layers show.
  17. Very nice, love it, definately very different too. I know few people that this would be great for.
  18. Absolutely beautiful. Outstanding job.
  19. I still use masking tape around the stacks I cut and cover with blue painters tape. I have talked to other scrollers that use the hot glue and they are happy with it. Seems what ever works for you is the best way to go
  20. Kevin Great job. I have cut the Eagle few times, nd have two in my shop waiting as I write. You certainly have been busy. Keep up the good work.
  21. Kevin Tie a string around your finger. Then you will remember. I did that, and forgot about the string
  22. Glad to see your on the recovery Doc. Welcome back and God Bless.
  23. Kevin Remember you can stack cut some of these. And if they are very delicate, don't forget to use a zero clearance piece. Have fun my Friend.
  24. I have used the files too. Sanding is a neccessary evil in my book. That is one gourgous box though.
