  1. The usual A.K. being A.K.! Very nice work; hope you get paid!
  2. Extremely nice work! Good to have actual PAYING customers; A.K. needs some!
  3. Very nice work. Try $40 each; both for $70! Much easier to lower than to raise a price. Also depends on your show; small room and crowed vendors, seems to draw "EL CHEAPO" crowds. Better laid out shows seem to have a more "willing to actually pay what something should be worth crowds" from my limited experiences at them.
  4. I like junk box projects! Neat, hope you get some nice GREEN from them.

    Night run!

Just decided to try one of these. Pattern was modified from the Lora Irish book "North American Wildlife Patterns". I also cut a template at the same time; just using clear tape to tape the plastic to the wood. The backer is about 5/16th acrylic that was just lying around the shop. The shelf part is a piece of fence cedar. As the acrylic was scuffed up, I just sanded enough to get a dull finish. The plywood is 1/2" and I will let it just age for effect. Approximate size of completed unit is 7 by about 12 inches.
  6. Marvelous!

    Wolf plaque

Nicely cut with the perfect backer for the piece.
  8. That is an R-pumpkin!
  9. All summed up by the previous comments! A little sanding and Albert will be fine; you could do a spilled frosting effect for the heck of it! A.K. being A. K. AGAIN!
  10. All was said above! Keep on cutting!

    Wine Caddy

Nicely done. It will be a borrowed idea.
  12. A. K. being A. K. === Good luck on the collections too!
  13. Good going for you A.K.!
  14. You can not sell it if it is not there! Take a surplus and watch to see what the people seem to be interested in. Make the trailer run to accommodate what they seem to like! Even a small open photo album of past made things to show, maybe open; maybe to answer questions, depends on space and area around you. Remember that if possible to use the vertical area is already paid for too. Very good luck to the pair of H residents!
  15. Nice going!

    Elk

Nicely cut! Nothing wrong with $Tree! Some of the stock there is very good for the money!
  17. Being too busy really beats "nothing to do!" Just the usual A.K. being A.K.!
  18. The best turkey ranch of all! NO STINK!
  19. I think the above advice is good advice. I have done as well from my yard during a bunch of yard sales in the immediate area as I ever have from "craft shows" however I have only been a vendor at 3 and all were not worth it! Good luck. The people beside me at the craft shows mostly did not do well either! A couple told me that my things were fine and we had just managed to get the wrong show. Good luck to both of you. I will never vendor to a church craft show again, although, i may consign!
  20. They said it very well. I really like the add-ons to the frame and the suspending of the cut piece. The wood-burning is a very meticulous and fine job too. I like the piece very much! I may try the suspended framing idea! THANKS!
  21. Usual Dick type of excellent work. Good luck on the show. I do think the colors help it. Maybe, even an assortment of Christmas colors offered as different backgrounds.
  22. Dick, where is that craft show? Your work will sell. If the show is in this area; i will check it out too.
  23. Nice work! AND== I fit the description of the top one!
