  1. "Steve, that is just a beautiful piece of artwork that you have created. The time and talent and nerves it takes to have cut that piece are amazing. I am in awe of you guys and gals who cut these beautiful detail pieces of art. Thanks for sharing. She summed it well! GREAT WORK! Way past my skills, patience and endurance too!
  2. GREAT!
  3. Nice work!

I am to assume that the lettering is all individually cut. A lot of work, nicely done and for a good reason too.
  5. I am positive that your "nuns" choir will be copied! NEAT.

    Face off

Made for the heck of it. Shop salvage material Even the acrylic was just lying around; too scuffed to be used as a shinny material again; light sanding gives it a nice soft effect! Cedar wolves, other woods are unknown-- I think poplar for the upright, not sure. cork glued to bottoms to help prevent slip. Hit very lightly with torch to add depth. My modified from a open stock silhouette wolf pattern. About 6-1/2 inches tall. My youngest grand-daughter saw it and said"Really cool; Is it mine?" Pretty easy answer, YES!
  8. Good cutting-- and looks good too!
  9. I do think that just "black-outs" can have a strong impact. Well done.
  10. Another addiction starting! Well done.
  11. Wolf people will like it well! HOWL! HOWL!
  12. Well done!
  13. Good score! Nicely made merchandise and well displayed! The AZ trip will make Dick so happy to make sawdust; he will work long hours to get a bunch made up again!
  14. Yes; drill small holes and use a rawhide loop. Make the loop long enough to go comfortable as a neck thing. I like the uniqueness and simplicity of your nativity set too! Nice work on all of it! I do not understand the Christmas Moose though!

I like it well; but, do agree with Montserrat about the background, just a single pastel shade will really set the work off. I would not change the frame; just unique enough to add and not detract from the nice cutting.
  18. Good going on all counts; design, assembly, and SALES!
  19. YES: I am a big fan of light torching for effect! Nicely done!
  20. Found this; might help. http://www.freeclipartnow.com/animals/deers/
  21. Nicely done! That kind of work always takes longer than you expect it to!
  22. NEAT!! Careful you may get more than bargained for THEN WATCH OUT!
  23. All has been said! AMEN!
  24. As a kneeler ad we use some of the heavier laminated foam that comes as some packing material! Maybe even look around the back lot of the warehouse for some empty boxes; even a couple layers of cardboard are a lot easier on the knees than concrete. This is an old mechanics trick when working under where a down fall of dirt was going to happen too, much faster and easier cleanup! I always have a few larger pieces of boxes to use like that. I even use them as bench savers too.
