Very well cut!
I liked the "sleepers". We had a few of them too.
The last one I owned was a 3/4 ton pickup. It was a Chevy that I had spent many hours putting together a "sleeper" engine for.
Was extremely fast for a 4 dr -6+3/4 foot tall pickup. Also was extremely ugly too.
Well done!
The cars are so easy; you ca even free cut them and they will be nice! I drill the axles holes on the drill press on a piece of 2 by 4 then free cut vehicles to fit.
I have to agree with Marg-- i think you did a marvelous job, but, could have had a different theme. Of course that fact that 21 was a long time ago may influence my thinking on subject matter.
If you can manage to get yourself bloody with the scrollsaw-- you need HELP!!!
The safest tool in the shop. Except, maybe the broom; and I have tripped over that!
Extremely well done. Very playable and still retain an identity too.
I do enjoy making small cars/trucks form 2 by 4 pieces too. I usually end up giving them away. That is fine too. Kids seem to like them as much as the expensive junk ones people buy. I will be fendering some of mine now; thanks for the idea.
