My Ex-21 FINALLY arrived last night and I and still sick. I have had a sore throaght for a week now with no signs of it getting better. With all my other health problems this is one that I sure don't need or want thats for sure. I am going to try to unpack and set up the saw today sick or no sick. KEEP ON SCROLLING!!!!

A quick up-date- so far I found out that one of my Video cards was bad. I had 2 video cards installed so I could use duel screens when I needed to. Well one of them a fan was bad causing the Video card to over heat almost instandly.

HELP! I need a computer expert!.or someone who thinks they are. My Good computer died and I don't know what to do. You can be doing something and the screen goes Black and the puter locks up! Or it goes to the Dreaded Blue Screen.Now I really screwed up. I tried to download a old copy of Windows 7 into it hoping it might find & fix the problem and it only loaded some of windows. I did not have the right CD key it said I guess I wrote it down wrong. The computer has not run right ever since we had a lighting storm. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have never tried doing a show. Too scared that people won't like my work I guess. And also the FACT that you cannot charge what you have into most pieces. If I went to one & anyone tried to talk me down on price I am afraid that I would get mad as "H" A friend wants me to do a show with him next spring . I MIGHT do it . Have not decided yet. KEEP ON SCROLLIN!!!

Well I FINALLY made up my mind and ordered the Excalibur saw tonight. It did not say on the Web site how long it will take to to ship.The shipping was so called Free But We know that I payed for it .The price just included the shipping thats all. KEEP ON SCROLLING!

I understand what you mean . After I was forced to stopped working because of my back & feet problems I felt that nothing was worth doing so I stopped working in my shop or caring about much of anything. Only in the lat few months did I start wanting to make things again if for no other reason than to give them away. I never will let it feel like work. Now if I could get back into fishing again then my life might get back on track or as much as its going to be.

Woke up to Raining like crazy . Grrr-I left some wood that I picked up yesterday outside now its all wet but its Cherry so I hope it will dry out ok. Guess I will spend most of the day in my Shop. I am Disabled and can't do a whole lot . I love movies but right now nothing worth seeing is playing. Next week I will go see the new Hobbit movie and mabey the Latest Hunger games movie. Another Hobby of mine is movies-I have about 3000 or more in my collection. I have just about every Western ever made and a lot of the classics. Most of my movies are Action type but I will collect about anything if it is good or interesting. I also read a lot . I like William Johnstone's books. Well he is dead now and his son J.A. Johnstone is writing in his name now . He is not as good as the father but I still like his writing. Well time to face the day. KEEP ON SCROLLING!!!!

Thanks for all the great advice! Dick I liked everything that you said. I will try to post a picture of the pattern that I am using. I am Trying to use Panduk,Aspen,Walnut,Red oak on this piece.

I buy a lot of Red oak, Poplar and Walnut. Also we now have a Specialty wood shop that carries about any kind of wood you want but its for a pretty price such as panuduk, Zebra wood -which I love!, Bloodwood, Aspen And so forth. the list goes on Also I sometimes but old funiture at yard years if the wood is good or -lol I have been known to cruse to neighborhoods for other peoples trash.

Hey yall, I am trying my First Intarsia piece. Its a Snowman. One question - How do you get the edges so smooth and rounded? Getting everything to fit is a real pain in the Grrrr. I found it this takes more patient than scroll work . Well back to the shop. Keep on Scrolling!!
