  3. I am in the process of designing a plaque that will have three small one hanging below a big one. The lady that I am doing the work for asked me if I had a "classy" way to attach them. I take it she does not like the idea of chains. If you have any ideas I would love to hear them. dave

  21. I posted before that I bought a new Dewalt Scroll Saw the end of January this past year. About a month ago it was making noises so I took it into the service center. After two weeks they called me and told me it was fixed. When I picked it up I looked it over good and noticed that the lower blade chuck was still wobbly. I complained nicely that it was a pain to drive a half hour both ways and it still had issues. They told me to go ahead and take it home and use it until they could get me a new one. When I got it home it sounded worse than before I took it in. I picked up my new one and it is wonderful. I didn't realize how bad my old one was until I got the new one. They told me at the service center that the replacement would have another full year warranty. I'm glad I never messed with the first saw or it might have voided my warranty. I realize several people talk about tearing them down right away and grease them but I think I will pass on that idea as long as it is under warranty. I probably won't be so lucky next time. I definetly give it much more use than it is built for. dave
