  1. I really like it Jerry. dave
  2. Jerry, It really stinks that you have to shut it down for the winter. After using my saw for about six hours a day for the past nine months I need to do the same thing. dave
  3. This is the first puzzle that I have designed. Wasn't hard, but it took longer than I had expected. It is also harder to put together than I expected. I marked the backside of the pieces with a small drill hole. Made of poplar dipped in Watco Danish Oil. dave
  4. I like the pattern. Who know's what color would sell. I'm sure a variety of colors would go over. dave
  5. Looks great. dave
  6. That is sure a variety to work. Very nice. dave
  7. Great job Jerry. I sure wouldn't have a problem selling them. dave
  8. Very cute. I had never seen the elephant and rocker one. dave
  9. Nice job Dick. I am sure not one to judge. Lots of time what I think is cool doesn't sell and the thing I think is nothing special is sold right away. dave
  10. Super job! Very nice painting. Nice pattern also. dave
  11. Look good Jerry. Make sure you show them again when they are done. dave
  12. Fab4, You crack me up. Maybe I should contact the newly weds and let them know if things change I can sure make a new one. dave
  13. This was a special order from a customer. I made the frame to fit a standard 11" x 14" picture. It is made of poplar painted in black lacquer with clear over that. The matte is 1/8" Baltic Birch stained Golden Oak coated in clear lacquer. I backed the wood matte with black poster board. The opening is for a 8" x 10" picture. I think this concept could be used for many different messages. dave
  14. Those are really cut. You did a great job! dave
  15. Thanks to all of you for the nice comments. Finding the Village has really helped me develop my new found passion. dave
  16. Great idea you and your wife. They look great. Nothin like free money. dave
  17. Randy, Congrats to your son. I never get tired of seeing you work. It is beautiful. Are they as fragile as they look? dave
  18. Congrats Scott! Your web site is looking good. I sell a few things through my Facebook page but shipping puts the price up a little high for most people.dave
  19. Paul, I did make the pattern. I do have to give credit to Travis for his great tutorials on Gimp. I used a FD #3 spiral for almost the whole thing. dave
  20. This is the most time consuming project since I started this journey last November . I sure wish I would have had a better photo to work with. Completing it definitively gives me a sense of accomplishment. Hopefully my customer is pleased. Measures 18" x 13" one is birch and the other is oak MDF 1/4" with a 1/2" Baltic Birch backer. Any comments are appreciated. I love constructive critasism. dave
  21. Don, That is a super job! dave
