  1. A dollar won't buy a thing any more. How many per hour can you do? Maybe they are too small but when I stack cut baltic birch I do 6 at a time but I am probably doing bigger things. I'm sure you have tried more. dave
  2. Super pattern and cutting. Any project like that I spray the whole thing with two coats of lacquer. It will darken the wood a bit and give it a bit of shine........Just my two cents worth. dave
  3. All of my projects I give at least two coats of lacquer. After the first coat I always sand lightly with 220 grit paper. Today I was finishing some fret work. I started sanding it and was having a tough time. An idea came to my mind. I decided to try to go over it lightly with my 220 grit sanding mop. Why in the heck didn't I think of that before. It worked awesome. I will be doing that on every project. dave

  15. This is a simple design that I have used many time and just changed the team. I did the same thing for baseball and it was a total hit. Now a big demand for football. Usually the man of the house insists that his team goes on top. LOL. Plaque measures 15" x 9" dave

  20. Dan, Mitered corners are not hard at all. 1. Good blade 2. Miter saw fence at a right angle to the base 3. Perfect 45 angle 4. Material thickness and width on all pieces identical 5. Use a stop so all pieces are the identical lengthd
