  1. Many of us started out doing very simple things. You will probably learn to love it and absolutely crave doing more and more and more. Gotta have sawdust flying to put a smile on my face!! Woodpecker
  2. Welcome back to scrolling. It is certainly an addiction for me.
  3. That is very nice. I'm ready to try making a cuckoo clock ... Wildwood Designs has some great patterns.
  4. Well Skip.. lets see some pic's of your stuff. BTW.. having a smoking hot wife is pretty cool... but my hubby knows that when ya get my age 65.. my last chance of a smoking hot body is cremation.. LOL. Look forward to seeing your work. Janie
  5. Sorry that you had to go through all that. I'm totally jealous of your shop though. We live in a neighborhood that would throw us out if we even thought of building a shop. We have a 3 car garage... but it's not enough room when a car is parked in there. They only call it a 3 car....but it would only fit 3 little smart cars.
  6. Great job! Look forward to seeing more of your things.
  7. Hey.... can't wait to see your stuff. Welcome to world of retiree's! Sawdust is flying around my place for sure!
  8. Hi Harley. I remember the little town of Lawton. We lived in Owasso and also Sapulpa for awhile, not far from Tulsa. We are back in Colorado now, which was our home for years. Glad you like scrolling, it's a great hobby.

  24. Hi Charles...... Good to see another sawdust sniffer in the wood pile. (lol). Loved your introduction. Scrolling is addictive and a very beautiful hobby to have. I've been doing it for many years and hope I get to bring my saw with me to the nursing home if I ever wind up there. I have a RBI Hawk 26" and love it. I wore out two other saws, and this one is the very best. I've had it for about 10 years and I've never anything to gripe about. Janie
  25. Hi... Capt Crash! Love that name! Welcome to the neighborhood. I am a saw dust lover too and have been messing with scroll sawing for many years. On my 3rd scroll saw now......... just wear them out or they are just pieces of cra..p. This last one is the best... RBI Hawk (26"). Had it for several years and it just hangs in there with me. Looking forward to hearing your inputs........... Janie
