    Thanks Dave. Not sure about stack cutting. In some areas it is less than 1/8". As for glue up, I use a drop of glue at the points of contact. There still is a small amount of squeeze out which I clean up before it dries.

    Thanks Melanie. I ordered 4 pieces of 1/4" x 10" x 24" of hardwood four the baskets. I wanted to make the baskets before the material starts to cup. None sold as of yet. Tootsie Rolls maybe.

    Another Alex Fox pattern. I increased the pattern by 25% to fit 10" square stock of 1/4" Mahogany. I used FD UR #1 blades. After cutting, I placed the rings inside the outer square and sanded with an RO sander. This made sanding a breeze. Finished with spray Polyurethane Clear Satin. Comments welcome.
