    Thanks everyone for the nice comments. At ArtCrafters, we received the Pegas Scroll Saw for classes, demos, and test drives. I set it up. but waiting for the Seyco vacuum system before I play with it.

    Thanks Al. I enlarged the pattern by 25% to make it a little easier.

    The pattern is by Theodore Buzzeli and found in CWWC September 2007. It is cut on 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood 12" square and backed with a black mat board. I used FD New Spiral #1 blades and finished with two coats spray Shellac. As a framing store, I will leave this unframed. The customer can chose the frame. Comment welcome.

    I still use FD UR #1 blades. Lots on hand.

    My guess, the #5 blade is too large for 1/4" plywood. I would use a #1.
