  1. Valentine Gnomes is a Steve Good pattern. I used 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood approximately 12" square. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #1 blades. I stained the heart with Samen stain Raspberry. Dipped in diluted Shellac, sanded and then one coat with spray Lacquer clear satin. Comments welcome.
  2. Thanks RJ. Cutting and filling Pegas orders. Even sold a saw today.
  3. Two non-puzzles finished. Patterns by Harvy Blyer. I used 3/4" Poplar approximately 8" square. Cut on the Pegas scroll saw using Pegas #3 MGT and #5 MGT for the veining. After sanding, dipped in diluted Shellac. Comments welcome
  4. Wow, Pete, that is a beautiful bowl. And you are making them in FL? By the way, the #2/0 and #1 MGT blades are shipped from Pegas today. Hopefully in stock Monday or Tuesday.
  5. Very nice cutting. Never saw the movie, so humor escapes me.
  6. Mighty fine projects.
  7. Thanks Pete.
  8. Thank you Dave
  9. Thank you Rodney.
  10. Thank you
  11. Thanks. Sanding not bad using a Mac Mop.
  12. Thanks RJ. Just not a basket case!
  13. Thank Paul. A little difficult to line up.
  14. A finished basket. The pattern #C-09 is by Alex Fox. I enlarged the pattern by 30% and used 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood 10" square. Cut on the Pegas scroll saw using Pegas #1R MGT blades. After gluing and sanding, the finish is one coat spray Shellac, another sanding and a final coat of spray Lacquer Clear Gloss. Comments welcome.
  15. Those are beautiful, Frank
  16. What a wonderful gift. A treasure.
  17. I used plywood because of the strength it provides. I don't think mdf will give the strength needed.
  18. Thanks ralph. The cutting didn't take long, just an afternoon at ArtCrafters. Cutting along with doing lots of other things.
  19. Thanks Rolf. I saw your jig on the other forum, but I line up by sight. Glue squeeze out is always a problem.
  20. Thanks for the nice comments. These are fun to make.
  21. I sell Pegas blades online at: Pegas Scroll Saw (artcraftersonline.com)
  22. Thanks Pete. One ring in the morning, then off to ArtCrafters and then one ring at night.
  23. Thanks Dave.
