  1. Thickness of the slabs vary between 3/8 and 3/4 inch. The ones shown here are all around 5/8 inch. Jeff
  2. Haven't posted for awhile but that doesn't mean I haven't been on the saw. Here are some recent ones that I have done. The first two are Jim Blume patterns on birch burl slabs. The last three are H Botas patterns. Warrior is on birch and the other two are black poplar. Jeff
  3. Nice job. I have cut four different sets of the 12 days of Christmas over the years and have never seen this set. Where does one find the patterns? Thanks. Jeff
  4. Thanks guys, I will look at the saw on the weekend and see what I can do.
  5. Has anyone ever changed the bellows on an Ex 21? My saw is 10 years old and the dust blower is so weak now it doesn't clear the sawdust. Looking at the prints not sure if there is one or two bellows and it appears that I have to tear the whole front end apart. It has been suggested to just buy an aquarium pump and use it. That would be my last resort. Would like to fix properly. Might be time for a new saw lol. Thanks for any input. Jeff
  6. Welcome back Paul, was wondering what had become of you my friend. Superb cutting as always, Jeff

  10. Nice cutting Dick, like the colours. Jeff
  11. Beautiful work as always Dave. I love compound cuts, cut eleven chess sets in fourteen months in 2018-2019. You are right, they are pricey to sell because of the time involved and people don't realize that. Awesome job. Jeff
  12. Finished this one yesterday. Jon Marshall pattern, stack cut two 1/8 BB ply, around 220 pilot holes and cut with Sawbird #2/0 spiral, 13 by 17 inches.
  13. Beautiful job Dick.
  14. Awesome job on bath as usual Dave. Jeff
  15. Amazing piece of art here Ron, well done. Jeff
  16. A couple of quick and easy ones from the weekend. Both Botas Helder patterns. Loved the female face one first time I saw it, 6 X 13". The woman one is on a black poplar burl slab, approx. 11 X 14. Jeff
  17. Have a good friend who just bought a new house who enjoys his weekly poker night. Got this pattern from "Old Crow Scrollwerks" back in 2016 and thought it would be a nice house warming gift,(truth be told I bought it to cut for him but never got to it lol). 11 X 15, stack cut two 1/8 BBply. I have always loved the Dog Playing Pool pattern but could not find the one I wanted. Last week discovered it was by Charles Dearing so here it is finally. 11 X 14, stack cut two 1/8 BBply Jeff
  18. Another beauty Ron, very well done, love it. Jeff

  21. Got the pattern off @Denny Knappenbefore Christmas. He was nice enough to share. Jeff
  22. Thanks Ron. Tough decision, order in MacDonalds or pizza lol. Booked the day off in Feb before all this started, and now can't do anything. Jeff
  23. Finished these yesterday. The Village Smitty is by Jeff Zorfino out of the June 2005 issue of CWWC. 10 X 14 The hearts are for Jan's and my anniversary today and for a fellow I work with whose anniversary is in May.
