  1. A real artistic flair! Very nice.
  2. That is a beautiful pattern and the cutting is terrific. I hope mother and child can get off the rails before something devastating happens. Are you the designer?
  3. I feel so stupid for not thinking of that. So embarrassing!
  4. First of all welcome to the Village. Lots of help for you here. I am am the happy possessor of a rbi 220vs Ultra. A very high end machine. I found mine on craig's list. Can you post the ad so we can see what you are looking at as well as the price? It's important to get the serial number. The numbers are posted on the rbi website and will tell you how old the machine is. Hopefully it is a good one and the price is right.
  5. Could you possibly use it as a rental?
  6. TDpainter created this pattern some time ago. Things kept getting in my way but I finally got it cut. Very nice pattern. Thank you TD. 3/16 Luan, Pegas 2/0 blade. To be finished with 50/50 BLO and framed.
  7. Very nice. I like the combination of materials.
  8. Thanks Bobscroll for the great patterns you are always so willing to make. Very nice cutting too!
  9. Great looking toys!
  10. This isn't about cutting, it's about storing. When you don't have room to go out you have to go up.I've been cutting kids puzzles to give away to children in the neighborhood. Young families are moving in and there are more young children. Also use them at Christmas as toys for tots. Puzzles are simple and quick to cut so I do them between other projects. How to store them is the problem. I found 100 shrink bags on ebay for $4.99 including shipping. Got them after about six weeks. Normal from China. I shrunk the bags with the puzzles with a small hair drier. Now I can stack the puzzles. Cheap and easy.
  11. That is one beautiful box. Wood selection is excellent.
  12. Great looking sign! The inter-play between the numerals and letters is very nice. Can you elaborate? Wood, size, font, your design. It looks really professional.
  13. You did excellent. They'll love it!
  14. That's a very nice pattern and you did a great job of cutting it!
  15. Excellent likeness. Looks great!
  16. Mahendra always does good patterns. Nice cutting.
  17. I've been using CA for years during 40 years of model railroading. But it was used in such small amounts. Every once in while I'd get things stuck to my fingers. I tried finishing pens with CA and gave that up quickly. Your foot looks painful. I hope you heal quickly and completely.
  18. That is impressive. It looks great!
  19. Wow, you are a man of many skills and talents. Beautiful work!
  20. BTW, what saw did you cut those on?
  21. They look great. Nice cutting but how do they hold a candle?
  22. Looks good. Is that a DeWalt? I ask because of the color.
  23. Ray, I don't want to hijack this thread but speaking of table saws I sold my cast iron Delta Uni-saw. Real beast. Not having room I replaced it with a portable saw from Lowe's. Under $200. I won't build furniture with it or do fine segmenting but for what I do it is perfect. I wheel it out onto the driveway two or three times a day. A tap of the toe and it sets up on it's frame. Another tap of the toe and it folds up ready to wheel back in place. Very quick and easy. There will be detractors but it accomplishes what I need to do.
  24. Great pattern, great cutting and wonderful humor! Is that being posted in the pattern department? I'd love to cut that for a friend.
