Just go to your hardware store and get one of the step hole drills. They can hog out pretty heavy sheet metal using a hand drill.

Guess I don't have to worry about it. I will not live long enough to develop Dave's skill which I find unbelievable! -
I'll have check that out at Lowes. I thought there was only 1/4" used for floor underlayment. I will buy a couple of sheets. Lots cheaper than BB.

Thanks to Granpa for the pattern. Cut from 1/8" BB one up, I didn't need more than one. Cut with #1 Pegas MG. I will not put a finish or frame on it. I have no room to hang it and know of no one who wants it so I will stack it up with everything else. It was fun to cut.
