Seems you do awfully nice work very quickly. My three grown grandsons were big into hockey when young. I have a son-in-law who still coaches youth hockey.

I really enjoyed the video. It's old stuff to Ex21 owners but for someone wanting to buy a new saw the video is invaluable. I am most satisfied with my Hawk and am not in the market for another saw. BUT if I were the video would tell me a lot. There are a lot of suggestions on this forum, and I enjoy reading each one, but for a newbie the video is great. I also appreciate all the responses.

We finally got it, snow that is. Balmy 24 degrees outside. I am unable to shovel and altho my wife has always liked snow shoveling, being Canadian, we just paid someone to do the shoveling. The snow looks nice and fluffy but it is remarkably heavy. Being retired is nice since I don't have to go anywhere. Nice thing is we will be in the high 50's this coming Saturday.

I found I could open it with Internet Explorer. It opened as a very small photo.

My dust collection is 4". Adapters down to 2" are available from Woodcraft and Rocklers and many other sources I would think.They are not expensive. I have three gates. One to my scroll saw, one to my lathe and another that I can use on the router and the small HF band saw. My DC is the cheapie from HF. Nothing fancy. Easy to install and effective.

With dust collection I have very little sawdust. What sawdust I have ends up in the large collection bag which includes other materials from my lathe.

I have made pens with purple heart but have never cut it on the saw. You cut five of my favorite hymns. I absolutely love it!
