    I hold bits down to #80 in a Dremel chuck mounted in a drill press. The Dremel chuck is about the most accurate chuck one can buy unless of course one can afford the Albrecht micro chuck on ebay for the measly price of only $179 plus $49 shipping. Get it now! Only 4 left. I hope the $49 shipping is a typo.

    Can you operate a dust collection outside of your scroll saw area, like in another room? If you have room to do the same, I have seen where a dust collection system was enclosed in an insulated closet. That would be pure luxury.

    This is what I use on my 220VS ultra. I prefer it over the winged knob. Plenty of torque and easier on the fingers. See your local hardware store.

    Welcome to the village Don. Really glad to have you here. I too am a hobby machinist but have sold my large equipment. Scrolling can be all consuming.

    I was busy sowing off my beautiful scroll saw artistry. Everyone was stunned at the beauty of it all. I was beaming as I realized I had just achieved status equal to Amazing Kevin. Then the darn cat woke me up. Dang it!
