  1. I purchase scotchbrite balls on ebay. Very cheap and very effective.
  2. New vacuum hold down. Cheap and easy.
  3. Bushton sent me a new controller and a motor with a replaced bearing. Yesterday I got this little package in the mail. It contained two 10-32 screws with a little note saying, "Sorry, these should have been sent back with your controller." I did just fine without the screws and Bushton could have just ignored such a little thing. But little things like that speak volumes for their customer service. Kudos to you Bushton!
  4. Whatever it is that is a great looking crib.
  5. That puzzle is a winner. Will he catch the rabbit?
  6. You knocked it out of the park on that one!

  11. Don't know if I have ever seen a mango. But then I rarely set foot in a grocery store.
  12. Hi Uncle Ricky. From your photo Uncle Ricky suits you. Really glad to know you.
  13. I think all of the HD's and Lowes carry red oak and poplar. Iggy, I am wondering, since you lay out all your patterns on one large board , do you use a band saw to separate them or a jig saw or what? Interesting what you do.
  14. Terrific cutting. I'm sure they are appreciated.
  15. Great job. You are on your way!

Hi Robert. Here's a big welcome to the Village family.
  18. Great big welcome to the Village Ruth. You"ll like the family here.
  19. Well, it's done. My dust blower is installed. Not difficult but not simple either. Holes needed to be drilled for mounting the bracket which holds the Lock-Line. Two holes needed in the arm for the plastic clamps which hold the blower line. I drilled a 1/2" hole where the original line was but because the metal was double thickness and mad the rubber grommet unable to fit. I drilled the hole for the grommet into the upper part of the back leg which worked very well. Ir blows very well. I need to add a couple more segments to the Lock-Line. I estimated wrong when I removed segments. BTW hot water works.
  20. Well after using my DC it is not very effective. Reason: the small flex tube really reduces the vacuum. I'm replacing it with a larger diameter piece of PVC. Hopefully that should work.
  21. Puzzles are about all I've been cutting. I cut puzzles from 1X4", 6" and 8" pine boards. Cheap, cuts beautifully and only for my enjoyment. I use FD Penguin Silver Reverse. It made all the difference in my puzzles because the sawdust is discarded behind the blade efficiently. Other blades will also do this. The FD blades work for me.
  22. I have the line-loc kit. $30 from Bushton. Will install it.
  23. Well Larry you recognized CPAP!
  24. The kit I received has a metal mounting plate which has two mounting holes. However, there are no marching holes on the stationary arm. I either drill and tao holes or attach it with duct tape. Even so it is no problem to drill and tap. I have lots of machinery to do so.
