  1. Vinegar? That's good to know cus I've got Titebond in the second one.
  2. Today my wife came home with this for me. I was so touched it almost brought me to tears. A dispenser for my Elmer's glue. What a girl!
  3. Cool wheels. Perhaps the fourth could go on a pogo stick.
  4. Yes, there are several. I'm now starting on a walking fox.
  5. The red really helps when drilling very small fretwork things. I can tell what has been cut and what is left to drill.

    Howdy

Well Howdy right back at ch'ya. Good to have you here. You have found a great place to settle. Lots of nice folks here for you to meet.
  7. I found it. I actually have very little interest in the Face groups. I see the same thing on every group I visit. There really is no site quite like the Village. Much more comradery here than Facebook. Facebook seems much more impersonal. Travis, you do a great job here so many thanks.
  8. I thought the Village had a Facebook page but don't find one. Is there or was there one? Just curious. There are dozens of groups and many people post the same thing on many of them. Not real keen on Facebook. If there is a Village group I'd take a look at it.
  9. I remember those.
  10. Those are stunning! I love the colors you used. They really pop!

  12. Hy Hegners have a slow start. The vacuum always comes on slightly before the saw. Much easier on machinery. Had it on my Bridgeport and lathe. My huge printing presses had slow start. Imagine your automobile, gas pedal to the floor and dropping the clutch. Something is gonna give!
  13. Very nice job!
  14. You did a terrific job cutting that script. How large is the cross?

    Owl

Absolutely gorgeous. Dynamite work on the frame and painting the owl.
  16. Yeah, looks really great!
  17. Congratulations! Making sawdust feels so fine. Love the feel of the blades chewing through the wood.
  18. The pattern is available on Etsy. If anyone wants the info I can post it tomorrow as te info is out in my shop. I really posted the video to see if I could. I tried to email it to my desktop computer from my cell phone but it would not send because the file was too large. However, it uploaded to the Village just fine. Now that I can do that I need to find how to edit videos. I may need editing software on the cell phone but don't know what kind. So You Tube here I come.
  19. Sometimes my scrolling can look like I'm wearing mittens!
  20. Trying to send a video. 20210126_121621.mp4
  21. Welcome to the Village Vicky. Lots of folks to meet and lots of help if you need it.
  22. Really nice cutting!
  23. Great cutting on a beautiful pattern. I like the frame. I also use door or other kinds of molding from Lowes for frames. I think it's a great idea.
  24. Yah, I like it. Reminds me of home!
  25. Nice pattern and cutting. What a beautiful dog!
