    I received a wonderful surprise today. My wife picked up a delivered package this afternoon. It was a large package and I told Faye that cannot be ours as I had not ordered anything that large. I asked her to check the address. It was addresses to Rockytime at our address. Opening it was such a surprise. I have never been perfect at anything and suddenly I'm a #1 ass! Talk about being excited! Bill Palmer aka Cashew sent this to me. Thank you very much. It shall have a position of honor above my workshop desk. Many thanks Bill! It is very large, 17" diameter and beautifully cut, assembled and finished. It took some doing to create this from design to completion.

I have two Hegners that I love so you are in good company. As an aside, my people are Volga Deutsche. As a result during WWII be were Russian and after the war we got to be Germans again. :>) Again, welcome to the Village!

    Fantastic piece of work. I can't/don't use spiral blades so I'm wondering how long it would take with regular blades. I expect you can make faster time with the spirals. Also, how big is the piece and have you any idea how many blades you went through?

    Excellent cutting! Personally I would be very nervous cutting that. I'd stay away from those teeth as far as I could.

    Thank you Woodrush (Brent) for the pattern. I cut this for the message rather than the pattern alone. 1/8" laminated BB, cut just one, 1/0 Pike blades. Just have to decide what color backer.
