  1. That looks wonderful. Beautiful cutting as well finishing. Love the arrowhead design!
  2. Lookin' great Kevin. You seem to have a great specialty. Before my health deteriorated I used to go to lots of local car shows. Had I been scrolling there would have been lots of opportunities to make clocks sales. You do it great!
  3. Remarkable cutting and lots of it. I love the Viking. All are impressive.
  4. Google Pike jewelers blades and you will find numerous sources. I find mine on ebay.
  5. Looks very good.
  6. Great job of cutting!
  7. Looks very lifelike. You did a wonderful job!
  8. Looks like you have arrived! Very nice work!
  9. Nice of you to make beautiful homes for the little birdies. They look grear!
  10. Your work looks great! Very nice patterns.
  11. Great cutting an a very nice pattern. Good job!
  12. You did that well! Sam has some great patterns.
  13. This is an experiment. I cut this with #2 jewelers blades to determine whether the top thin layer would delaminate. I think that's a word. As you can see the front had one very tiny delamination. There's that word again. The reason for this is the blades have no reverse teeth to lift up the top thin layer. The backside is horribly delaminated which I don't care about as a backer will be applied. What this means to me I will be cutting more Luan as it is very inexpensive. This would not work as well with blades having reverse teeth.
  14. Looks really great. Nice cutting and nice painting. I like the colors!
  15. Great cutting and finishing. Did you design the pattern or is it an official logo of some kind?
  16. That's awesome!
  17. Great cutting of memorable events!
  18. Beautifully done.
  19. Yes, I did too. Bought 1 for $19. You lucked out. When I tried to order a second one they were out of stock for a long while. Now they are back at $40. Dont know what happened. I think if the plastic ones were not available I'd spring for the $40 model. I think they are that good.
  20. Very nice work!
  21. You are showing some beautiful work. I especially like the RR themed clock. Do you recall where that pattern came from?
  22. Nice looking system you have. The little cyclones are super effective. I have been toying with the little Metro vac. They are so compact.
  23. My coffee can is an old Folgers can I had in the shop. I don't drink coffee and my wife just buys these fancy little buggers. A coffee can should not be too hard to find. Any container with a tight fitting lid will work. You could even use a 5 gallon bucket and you could scroll for the rest of your life and not need to empty it.
  24. There are no plans. The little cyclone dust collector is available from Amazon for about $11 if I remember correctly. On Amazon just search miniature cyclone dust collector. You may have to go down quite far on the list before you run into it. I'll try ti find it and post the url. I just mounted it in a three lb. coffee tin. It works well because the plastic lid seals well. I sandwich the plastic lid between two thin plywood disks for rigidity. The hoses are from a cpap machine. They are available on Amazon cheap. The rest is 1/2" PVC fittings.
  25. When I was a kid I was always breaking hockey sticks. My father had one made from hickory. Never had a broken stick again!
