so many good ideas. till now I will put a slightly used blade back with the new ones, anything else I toss in the waste box but now I will rethink how to handle used blades..

Hello Johnnyo we are neighbors as I live in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. I have Dremal and had trouble with blades slipping out . I made knob to fit over the clamp tightner this helped. I also took the tightner bolt out and rubbed it with sandpaper. The real fix occurred when I bought a Dewalt, now my Dremal sits in the corner taking up space. Srollsaw Workshop, Sawbird and Bear woods are good places for patterns
