  1. I fell off a 30 foot ladder once, landed on my feet. Didn't hurt one bit. I was on the first rung when I fell.
  2. I don't need to do that yet. Good tip for someone.
  3. Very nice, the colors are so....vibrant.
  4. That is interesting, it shows your respect for those that enjoy the word scrolling. Detail, to me, requires more determination and more a skill in what to cut when. Scrolling is a world of its own with so many levels of expertise. So much involved beyond a saw, patterns and wood. Love it, from a simple cut cross to wild portraits.
  5. So so cute. Gotta love that
  6. Well, I bet it looks good.
  7. Like Don said...that way you have not wasted time cutting other areas if something goes awry.
  8. Interesting...
  9. Looks as if you know what to do. Fine looking image of your Lab. I love that breed, much a part of the family.
  10. They are very nice and artistic. I wonder what their 'shelf' life is. Fading colors, browning paper.
  11. Good morn. tks for coffee.. gotta go, cooking, stuff on stove
  12. Very nice scrolling. Nice choice of wood and I like the edging you put on it. I suggest you practice the polymer a bit.
  13. "Happy, Happy Birthday Baby Angela" by Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons Happy, Happy Birthday Baby Angela by Elvis Presley Happy Happy Birthday Baby Angela, Ronnie Milsap One of the best recordings of the doo wop period was "Happy, Happy Birthday Baby Angela" Hope you had a fun day.
  14. Hey Dave shake the rust off and have a great Birthday.
  15. Your client is getting a beautiful piece of work. How did you do the colors?
  16. So beautifully innocent.
  17. You all have more ideas than me. About all I'd do is take them to Weitsman's and get scrap metal $$$. Well, maybe not now.....I'll wait on more ideas.
  18. My first thought was to use it for a 'Palettes and mixing tray'. It has multiple uses.
  19. LOL, Quite unique. Look 'Super' to me. But that's not an answer to your question. The cork is to stop sliding of the coaster. Your problem is potential warping. A change in atmosphere, temperature and humidity, may cause wood to warp. 'cause these coasters are going to go thru changes, (hot coffee, cold tea...etc) Sandwich two pieces cross grain (like plywood) will in most cases stop any warp.
  20. Frank, your latest work is a big hit. Would you post the pattern? Maybe you did, I'll look. The pattern "WILL" be a big winner also.
  21. Yes, they both are nice. I've seen the first one as a pattern somewhere.
  22. And you will post a picture of the finished product, huh? Hey, we should promote those that give good service. Thanks
  23. I'll have a cup o coffee, Thank you Edward. Whats the big plans today? I'm not sure what I'll do, but the wife knows.
  24. Hummmmm, A picture would help. The type of wood could make it difficult. How detailed. Do you have a scrollsaw? Access to one? Are you experienced cutting with a scroll saw? Your project is very doable.
