  1. Roly made a pattern for a push stick. I'd get the pattern and make it. Good pattern too.
  2. It cost very little more to go first class. Take your DeWalt.
  3. Great job on both. I really like the lab.
  4. Thank you everyone.
  5. I'll check out the videos. They sound like it's really worth the time. Thanks again.
  6. Thanks again I appreciate the help
  7. I usually have it running wide open. I've cut a lot of hard wood. That's all it was before I found the Baltic birch.
  8. The part I have found is on toolpartspro.com. It's the con rod assembly for $26. Does Dewalt have a time limit on the $250 repair charge? My saw is pretty old it's a type 1. And thank you for your help
  9. I have a back up saw but its so old and takes to much time to bother setting it up. It was meant more for pin blades I think.

    Cedar

Great work. I really like cedar too. I've found you can seal it with mineral oil and after it dries the cedar smell comes back.
  11. As I was scrolling today I heard a funny noise and everything stopped. I have never seen a bearing like this just break like this did. Anyone know what I have to replace, where to get, it how much does it cost and is it hard? Do I replace the bearing only or the whole part? Help is appreciated.
  12. Now that's awesome! Great job.

  14. Nice work. I found some on Arpop site too
  15. Thanks again. I will check with luceene-k about sharing the pattern to the Beatles.

  17. Simply great work. She's gonna live it.
  18. I have been out for awhile working early shift and busy around the house. I'm on vacation for the next ten days. The Illinois State pattern is from Dave, thanks again. The Beatles is another from a drawing on Deviant Art by Lucene-k. She gave me permission to use her drawing to make the pattern. Thanks again Lucene-K. Gods gift is another I had finished for everyone. This walnut Tree of Life is actually a band saw pattern but I did all but the front and back of the two bottom drawers on my scroll saw. The others I had to do on my band saw. It was done from two pieces of walnut about 1 1/4" thick and is 6 1/4 X 6 1/4. The finish is mineral oil. The Angel is done from a pattern by Mahendra-thanks for the pattern, but I got to messing around with my dremel and used a diamond tip and did it on glass. Coments welcome.
