  1. Thank you all for the well wishes and Marge, thank you for the birthday wish, 87 years young, where did all of the years go?
  2. Happy Birthday campasano!  I hope you have an awesome day!

  3. Thank you all for the very encouraging remarks and prayers, you all made my day and I will take your advice. I will keep in touch. Mike
  4. As most of you know, I relocated to Bothell, Washington last year, the weather was too severe for my arthritis so I decided it was time to come back to sunny California. I purchased a home in late December and was on a flight back to Sacramento to sign all of the documents when I suffered a stroke on my flight. Needless to say I ended up in the Hospital and rehab. I am still recovering from the after effects of the stroke. It has been going on 7 months and the doctor tells me that it will be a long recovery and does not know if I will regain all of my functions. I am off balance and get dizzy spells all the time. The doctor looked at my MRI and MRA resuts and said I have some bleeding of the brain which results in my having multiple mini strokes. I am not able to drive or work around saws or power tools. I miss all of that but above all I miss interfacing with all of you fine folks on this site. I will try my best to stay in touch with all of you great people whom I got to know. Regards Mike

I bought this saw at a woodworking show in San Jose California about 28 years ago. It is a very reliable saw and I use it often. It is very durable and reliable. I never had it break down but I did go for the new Quick clamp which makes blade changing must easier. I do recommend this saw as I have been completely satisfied with it's performance over the years that I have used it. Mike
  6. Brad, my prayers will be offered for you and your bride. Before you know it you will be back on the saw creating beautiful projects.
