Whoaa! Bob...can you imagine - what will it be like around here with multiple "Amazing Kevin's"? Try working out how many surplus stock boxes that will be! LOL

Great work Larry. I love quirky and obscure stuff - it's much more interesting than patterns that are replicated everywhere. Kindest Regards, Nick.

My favourite quote ever Roly...."If a man says something in the woods, and there's no women to hear him...is he still wrong?" LOL -

Hey Andy...I know Brum quite well (I lived near Cov for 5 years) I'd save for the Excalibur (any model) if I were you - my EX-30 was the best purchase I could've made and can't be happier with it. A lot of it is down to personal choice, but if you're getting serious about scrollin' you may want to spend a little more. Axminster Tools are the UK's leading stockist for Excalibur - and there's a branch in Nuneaton. Hope this helps, and welcome the the village. Kindest Regards, Nick.

Hey Roy. There is a screw that needs some attention on the left hand rear panel. It only needs to be tightened slightly. I don't have the full details right now, but if you send me a message directly, stating your email address, I'll send you the EX 30 user manual. Hope this helps. Kindest Regards, Nick - Bridlington (East Riding of Yorkshire) Love Manchester by the way...especially over the Snake Pass to Glossop.

I am a proud owner of an EX-30. (Some of my work is quite large which is why I chose the 30). I started with an entry level saw, and quickly realised that I needed something more substantial and suited for heavier use. If you are in the same situation, I would advise that you research well, and consider you're budget. Dewalt, Hegner etc also offer some very good, high-end saws - but when you're spending that kind of money...take you're time. Find what's best for you, then don't look back. For my work, it was the most logical decision I could've made and I'm delighted. If you require any more information, just give me a shout. Kindest Regards, Nick. -
Not sure what it's referred to as in the US, but all you need is cheap standard 'White Masking Tape'. It comes in a range of widths, and is predominantly used in the vehicle repair industry. If you prep the wood correctly, and apply the tape in the same way - it's perfect (and very cheap). I'm aware that everyone has preferences, but after many experiments...I'd use nothing else. There are many other methods which usually cost far more money, but standard masking tape and re-positional spray adhesive is all you'll ever need. I hope this helps, and any questions are welcome. For detailed information, please see http://www.tinkers-cove.blogspot.co.uk/ Kindest Regards, Nick.

Thanks Roly...the cages are from Sheila's site, and I love them also. They seem to be a big hit - but you really need to have a steady hand for the lines, because it's very noticeable if you're out slightly. If you 'Direct Message' me - as soon as I get a minute, I'll talk you through it mate. Kindest Regards, Nick.
