Well, I do have my face on my avatar, but I was starting to feel left out. So here's a different on of me with one of my grandchildren.  They say we look related.

ok...so I've followed this thread for a few days, and it's really nice to put faces to names but, just to make things clear - I don't do photo's! BUT...I have one that my wife took in preparation for the website launch (I was informed that a photo helps people interact, and gives the personal touch on websites) AND, of course because it's for the you lot (and I'm not letting the side down LOL) So here it is...sorry.

Okay - here are mine.  The first has me on the left, then oldest daughter and then spouse.  The second is 9 year old grandson at recital - he plays piano and drum and is talking about violin for school orchestra next year.  The third is younger daughter on left and older daughter again on the right.  The last is the 14 year old grandson at a coffeeshop guitar recital - he plays guitar in the school jazz band and saxophone in the school band and will try out for marching band in high school this fall.  The younger daughter is expecting in August so we will be adding a grandchild.  Problem is the two current ones are in Lincoln and we get to see them almost daily and the new one will be in D.C.  We told our daughter after maternity leave is up and because of D.C child care issues and expense she could leave the new grandchild with us and come visit whenever she and her husband wanted.  More than you wanted to know but that is my family.

Great pictures every one.. here's a couple of me when I had heart surgery...Fay   I had lost a lot of weight since then and I thank the cow that donated the heart valve...
