I put a couple items in my cart and checked out. It was pretty late, after midnight and I didn’t expect a reply until the next day. Approximately 5 minutes later I received an email containing my patterns. I was shocked. I sent back a reply thanking them for their very fast turn around and got a reply very quickly as well. The patterns come with a material list and full instructions for cutting, assembly and finishing. Have been ordering patterns from Her and Keith for Years. Always Great Service and FAST at sending the patterns. She is a part of Steve Goods Forum. Not sure about here. She's been supporting SSV for many many years. It makes me happy to hear everybody is having a great experince. I know my interactions with her have been top notch. Super friendly and helpful. I ordered a few patterns from her last December and she accidentally sent me one for the wrong (but similar) ornaments. I emailed her about it and she immediately (within less than 5 minutes of my original order) sent me the correct one and told me to enjoy the one she had included by accident. We really try to go above and beyond to do our best for you. We love what we do and we know that without you, we wouldn't be able to do what we love for a living. Thank you for that!
