I really don't think it is "cutable", in the sense that you won't know what it is after it's done.  But maybe one of these ideas will get you going in the direction you want to go.  See what you think.  There are several troublesome places IMO, the wheat for one.

Just playing around on a rainy day. I found this other Seagraves crest on the net which is a little different from yours but has the same elements and was easier to work with. Don't know if you can use it but here it is anyway.

Thanks Don. I am beginning to think that this may be above my skill level at this time.

Thanks everyone for your efforts. I am not sure that I am capable of this at this time. I am getting ready to start work on the Baby cradle for my Son soon and was thinking about this for the headboard. If I decide to try to cut it I will post pics. Again many thanks for everyone's efforts.

The wheat bales will be the tough part as most have pointed out.  They have to be really big in order to not be washed out or just look like big clumps.

One idea, if its going onto a headboard is to make it real big.  make the boarder part first and then do the wheat bales individually.  Attach the whole thing to the headboard. Gotta figure you can make the boarder part twice the size of your saw base so if you have a 16" plate then that boarder can technically be 30" or so.  Of course you have to factor in some room to turn the piece around to do the cuts.  That will give you a good try at the wheat bales to show some dimension in them.
