rjR Posted October 21, 2016 Report Posted October 21, 2016 Made from shop scraps and per-ordered. It is my"pattern" a lot of try then see! Is about 32 inches long for the unit. There is no metal anywhere in the build. Bamboo skewers were used as dowels where a fastener was needed. As this is going to be played with toy I added them to the wagon sides and hitch pin. The gluing areas of fenders, steering wheel, etc. were enlarged to give better strength too. Wheels are just hole saw slugs, re-drilled for a larger axle to accommodate rougher use. I use candle stubs to wax the axles for easier rolling on all the toys that I make. neptun, wombatie, amazingkevin and 1 other 4 Quote
