Vertex Pen Kit.

Hi All,

 

I used Black Locust burl and Ebony on this kit plus a CA finish.

I have really enjoyed the lathe this week, but it is time I went back to the Scroll saw.

Hi Rob,

Well I got my stuff here in the UK. I did a quick search and this place in NZ seems to have everything you would need. Im sure there are many other places

To be honest you can turn a pen between centres without the mandrel. But a mandrel does make turning easier.

I turned quite a few Vertex pens Fountain,Magnetic,Click.I liked the style.Did not think anyone else would like them. But sold them all but the click .Kept that for my self
