Placed the diamond tred between 2 pieces of plywood glued the pattern to th wood. Got a cobalt drill bit to drill the holes. Cut it with flying Dutchman iron man metal cutting blades and went slow and steady.

Nice work on that Mimi and i can see why the customer was pleased.  I am sure her husband will be as well. Thanks for showing the final product and sharing the details on how you did it, blade used, etc.

Thank you everyone for the great compliments. And yes Munzieb I think I do have a new material to work with. I was going to try just flat metal next time and see how that looks. My only problem now is figuring out what to attach it to the backer with. I might see how gorilla glue works.
