wombatie Posted March 8, 2018 Report Posted March 8, 2018 88 Pieces...................It doesn't look to be that many. Wow. A fabulous piece, I really, really love it. Well done. Marg bradnjackie 1 Quote
meflick Posted March 8, 2018 Report Posted March 8, 2018 Nice work Lee. It is beautiful. I decide not to do the club for now. I have too many patterns purchased already that I need to do anyway before adding to my collection and since she didn't guarantee that they would NEVER be available to the public later (looks like she is promising for a year), I figured if I ever saw one I really really wanted - I would wait until they were available in a year. I've done the "club" think before and was not happy - for one - one of them said NEVER available and then within a year - they were. NC Scroller 1 Quote
Bpardue Posted March 9, 2018 Report Posted March 9, 2018 Nice work Lee, I'm still working on mine. What I like about that pattern group is the idea that only a few people have access to the pattern even if it is for 1 year. a good advantage when doing some of the shows. I would be the only one in the area that has that pattern. meflick 1 Quote

That is something that I hadn't thought of in that regard to the club. For me, since its just a hobby right now and I don't do shows or sell and have too many patterns stockpiled now - I figured for me it didn't make sense if I could eventually get access to any I did like. At my pace of late - I probably wouldn't get to any of them for more than a year anyway! I do like seeing what they are and what is being done with them though so I am glad you all are sharing them as you do them. bradnjackie 1 Quote
Scrappile Posted March 9, 2018 Report Posted March 9, 2018 That is a well done piece. Beautiful! No doubt it would be a good seller. Quote
Phantom Scroller Posted March 10, 2018 Report Posted March 10, 2018 That is beautiful love it. Roly Quote
Sycamore67 Posted March 11, 2018 Report Posted March 11, 2018 Very well done. The choice of woods is very good along with the orientation of the grain. Those along with the shaping provide a very nice depth to the design. Quote
jollyred Posted March 14, 2018 Report Posted March 14, 2018 Really nice pattern but the cutting and shaping is awesome. bradnjackie 1 Quote
Ron Johnson Posted March 18, 2018 Report Posted March 18, 2018 Congrats Lee on being the only one to complete this beautiful project. Totally 'AWESOME'. Quote
tgiro Posted March 18, 2018 Report Posted March 18, 2018 The shaping on the sea horses make this really stand out. Great work! bradnjackie 1 Quote
bradnjackie Posted October 19, 2018 Report Posted October 19, 2018 It's all been said. You are such an inspiration. I've bought books and all but now I'm getting closer to actually getting my feet wet and trying it for myself. Quote
