Used the band saw to cut the outside of the triangle puzzles -- so much faster. Still have to do some light sanding and put finishes on all pieces. It's interesting, I was reading a blog about the dewalt 788 and someone having issues about the blade not fitting well. The new one has been a bit of a different fit from the old one but I didn't think much about it until I read the posting. Haven't been on the saw since I read the posting but will take a good look at it next time i am working. It takes a bit more time to place the blade just right. On your saw, after you use a new saw and change a few blades, it will become as natural as washing out a drinking glass. Keep having fun and doing what you are enjoying.
