Do as I do, I answer withe "I don't have any money" in an old persons voice, They usually don't even respond.

If a number comes up I don't know I answer it and quickly say " can I speak to Bob please' it throws them of then I hang up lol

I live in a very little burg called Chiloquin, and I answer those calls with "Chiloquin Sheriff Department" and so far it seems to be working!    Russ

My worst has to be answering the door to cold callers selling windows and telling them av just moved in after doing 15 years in jail for murdering a cold caller funny enough they didn't want to stay and chat about windows anymore lol
