I often wonder about things listed that the seller doesn't seem to know what the tool really is.  Like maybe you could be buying stolen goods.... I saw one a while back where they were selling a circular saw as a scroll saw.  I emailed the seller and suggested it would sell faster if he tried to sell it for what it was.  He/she changed the title to the add to what it was but not the describing text.

I'd keep looking. That is a tiny saw with not many uses unless you're into model airplanes. There are many on C/L near me from 9" on up. I've not heard much good about the bench top units. I've got a 14" Delta with the enclosed base that I paid $300 for. I used the heck out of it before I finally had to do some fix up. New tires etc.

Jim, what do you plan on doing with a bandsaw?  That is a mighty small one.

And therein lies the problem, I don't know.  I have done without one for so long I am not sure if it would help or hinder me to have one now.

I had a 9" skil band saw I bought in 2018 thinking I would use it to rip stuff, or use it to separate patterns on boards etc.

I just sold it last weekend for $35 - it cost me $130 - but it sat for over a year with no use what so ever

If I do decide to buy another, it won't be a small one - probably something like a Rikon 10" or something with some "meat" behind it

My neighbor bought a Rikon 10" and he has a terrible time to keep it in adjustment. When he needs something cut, he comes to me and saves the time and frustration of trying to work with his. Word to the wise.
