Thanks, not sure but It took quite a few months because I usually only work at those models an hour or so now and then. But a very nice way to pass a few hours.

Awesome job, I like building wood models of cars and trucks but it takes me forever to finish one. I sand and finish each part with shellac. I use several coats sanding between each coat and then finally put everything together.

For sure great job on the car!  But I would like to know about the case the car is in. Like to make a case for my steam engine I made.

Thanks. I make my own display cases for my models, not that difficult to make.  I'll go on Google sketchup program tomorrow and see if I can draw you a sketch.

Sometimes glass but mostly plexiglass, not as heavy.

Did you make the spoked wheels also?  that is a beautiful model..... very tempting..

Yes it is a very nice model, not too difficult , except for the wheels ,that is, especially the spoked version. The plan has either spoked wheels or the plain ones. I went for the spoked ones, looks better and the more details there are the more I like it. I was in their site the other day and I believe the plan is still available.
