Grew up on the farm, served our country as Air Force navigator in cargo aircraft, retired as a computer programmer and now live in Arvada, CO. I have no regrets, but there are a couple of things I wish I has done. I like to do fret work on the scroll saw. I have been a member of the community for almost a year but only signed in as a newbie a few weeks ago. Because of your welcoming and reading your comments I committed myself to explore what is available. Boy, am i surprised. Remember when we were hooked on rock, then the classics. With technology advancements we became hooked on you tube. For the past 8 years I been hooked on scrolling, now with your encouragement I am now hooked on scroll saw village. When I get into the general scroll sawing forum I can't stop reading, and I don't like to read. I have picked up to many tips. I am looking forward becoming a contributor to the village. Soon I will be asking about compound sawing and posting pictures of some of my work. Again, my sincere thanks welcoming me into your community.
