Hello to all the pattern makers.  A co-worker from over 25 years ago is turning 80 and his family is throwing him a surprise party next Saturday 22nd.  I haven't seen Benny for at least 10 years.  I was just told about it yesterday and was trying to think of something that I can give him.  I thought that maybe I could make a name in a name sign for him.  I was thinking of something around 15" long by 8" tall, I can adjust a bit thru my printer options.  I'm not sure which way to go, if the big word should be FAMILY with his last name as the smaller inside word would be MARQUEZ or the other way around with MARQUEZ being the big word and FAMILY as the smaller inside word.  If someone would be so kind of making this pattern I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,
Barry

Sorry didn't see this earlier

I did a couple of variations both ways.  I was not thrilled with at first one because of the A so I uses another font.

I did one of the Family too.

Note these are 4 x 12 in size.  I usually expand with Acrobat Reader 125% to give 5 by 15.  If this doesn't work let me know.

If you have any ideas of what you like or do not like let me know.

Wow Don!  You didn't make my job of choosing which one to cut any easier!  All 3 are excellent.   But I think I will go with the middle one,, big word Family with Marquez inside of it... it is just a little easier to read,, for me anyway.  Hoping to start on it this Saturday.  I will post the finished project.  Oh, and many thanks for the red outline!

Thanks again!
Barry
